Update: Very good. Pollyanna used to play the "Glad Game", choosing to look at the good side of things instead of the bad. That was pretty obscure, but it was the first time my wife got the quote without having to think, so it was probably a generational thing.

My guess may be a little obscure for some, and I'm not sure of the actual quote, but isn't that the word that Haley Mills is always using in "Pollyanna"?
