Update: I can see where you might get Annie, given the grammer, but it is indeed Singin' in the Rain (note the lack of a 'g' in the official title). As much as I love Gene Kelly in this, every time I see Make 'em Laugh with Donald O'Conner, I am left breathless from the sheer energy.

That one is the Gene Kelly classic Singing In The Rain--one of the best dance movies of all time, in my humble opinion.
