Update: I know, I tend to find the more obscure or humorous quotations before including some that are more telling as to the movie, but it is indeed Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Something that I hadn't know before was that Roald Dahl (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Matilda), was one of the screenwriters.
